JOB SUMMARY  
The Sales Executive – Residential Sales is responsible for managing and selling to a territory of assigned communities, ensuring that these areas are executed and promoted in the most efficient and cost-effective manner resulting in achieving the organizations goals and objectives. Additionally, the position seeks and develops strategic business opportunities to attain revenue within the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Accountable for the growth of revenue and profit within assigned customer base.
  • Consult with customers/clients to identify their needs and recommend value added services and solutions.
  • Grow market share by acquiring new accounts.
  • Build partnerships/relationships with clients and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Maintain outstanding relationships with all customers and affiliated parties.
  • Drive and own the sales cycle to attain new business affinity partnerships: make introductory calls, assess and match customer’s needs to close the sale.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer, and competitor business intelligence portfolio.
  • Conduct sales and marketing promotions and demonstrations and collaborate with all necessary stakeholders to execute.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must possess a Bachelors’ in Management or Marketing.
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar post.
  • Industry experience strongly desired.
  • Proven track record of success in similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Excellent presentation & reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
