To Provide and deliver quality Customer service and fulfillment of the Cashier’s functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Take in payments; ensuring accuracy of information; for proper allocation of funds. Generate receipts from the system, sign and distribute.
  2. Prepare receipts for Direct Deposits to bank accounts.
  3. Disburse cash; ensuring support documentation, balance and replenish the petty cash.
  4. Update the database with new and revised client changes.
  5. Prepare deposits for banking, balance to entries on the system and verify the accuracy of the deposits.
  6. Perform other duties to assist the department as requested by supervisor.
  7. Provides pricing information by answering questions.
  8. Maintains cash operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  9. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 General Responsibilities

1)      Compliance with all KPL Policies.

2)      Other Related duties as assigned

 

Required Education and Training :

  • 5 O'levels including Mathematics and English.
  • 1-2 years experience in Cashing environment.
  • Computer Literate,Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good Communication Skills.

Required hands-on, technical or other types of training to perform the job:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Training in Customer Service.
  • Must be honest and possess strong ethical values
  • Accuracy, well-organised.
  • Confidential, responsible.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and dependable.
