To Provide and deliver quality Customer service and fulfillment of the Cashier’s functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take in payments; ensuring accuracy of information; for proper allocation of funds. Generate receipts from the system, sign and distribute.
- Prepare receipts for Direct Deposits to bank accounts.
- Disburse cash; ensuring support documentation, balance and replenish the petty cash.
- Update the database with new and revised client changes.
- Prepare deposits for banking, balance to entries on the system and verify the accuracy of the deposits.
- Perform other duties to assist the department as requested by supervisor.
- Provides pricing information by answering questions.
- Maintains cash operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
General Responsibilities
1) Compliance with all KPL Policies.
2) Other Related duties as assigned
Required Education and Training :
- 5 O'levels including Mathematics and English.
- 1-2 years experience in Cashing environment.
- Computer Literate,Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good Communication Skills.
Required hands-on, technical or other types of training to perform the job:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Training in Customer Service.
- Must be honest and possess strong ethical values
- Accuracy, well-organised.
- Confidential, responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and dependable.
