Develops and execute Market Plans (Retail, Consumer & Industrial) for assigned region in order to achieve business plan goals for all Petroleum Products.

Purpose: Develops and execute Market Plans (Retail, Consumer & Industrial) for assigned region in order to achieve business plan goals for all Petroleum Products. This requires a full understanding of petroleum products, market environment, existing and prospective customer base, competitive activities within the territory and Business Unit goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the execution of sales process including profitable growth.
  • Manage customer relationships while executing superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Review and monitors market trends, identifies and captures new business opportunities to ensure volume/revenue growth.
  • Responsible for regions profitability by developing and where necessary adjusting marketing programs to achieve Business objectives.
  • Proactively develops and executes plans to achieve collection targets with a strong understanding of credit cost and exposure to total customer profitability.
  • Assists with the coordination and implementation of Advertising & Sales promotion activities.
  • Implements and monitors site and corporate HSSE safety standards and programs for all stakeholders.
  • Verifies the operation standards and ensures equipment and facilities are maintained in a good operating condition.
Qualification: University degree (preferably in marketing, operational management, business administration, logistics), three to five years’ experience in the petroleum industry or related field.
Requrements: 
  • Sound knowledge of the petroleum industry and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates success in Sales.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Understanding of manufacturing and industrial operations, standard and technical knowledge as well as business & legal issues.
  • Must know or adapt to the fuel delivery procedures and retail operations.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical ability, and organizational skills. 
  • Takes ownership and initiative to identify, prioritize, facilitate, and follow through on incident investigations.
  • customer-focused and enterprise approach. 
  • a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle.
