The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Role Summary

The Sales Executive position is critical to our ongoing success and expansion. The role demands a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients, offering customized solutions that meet their requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide expert knowledge and presentations to clients on our range of products, including Valves, Pumps, Motors and Motor Controls.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure that customer requirements are understood and met.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, maximizing profit margins.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client communications, proposals, and transactions, within the CRM system.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in the industrial sales industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the products within our portfolio, including Valves, Pumps, Motors, and Motor Controls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A self-starter with a high level of initiative, aggressiveness, and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and ownership of a reliable motor vehicle.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
