ARC MANUFACTURING LIMITED, one of Jamaica's leading manufacturers and distributors of building materials, is seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of SALES EXECUTIVE.
SCOPE:
To service new and existing customers of ARC Manufacturing Limited within the strategic framework, to meet the key performance indicators and goals of the Sales Department.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Meet sales targets by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics.
- General leads and build and maintain businss relationships with clients, prospects and professional networks.
- Conduct market research, to include trends and competitor analysis and make recommendations to improve the portfolio.
- Develop and implement a zone action plan through comprehensive analysis, to be adjusted when required, based on results.
- Evaluate the needs of the customers and ensure that exceptional service quality and standards are consistently maintained.
- Prepare accurate proposals and reports.
- Represent the company at business events and meetings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Passionate about sales with at least 3 years' experience in Sales.
- Excellent at generating leads, negotiating, and building relationships.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and can travel.
