Overview: Our client is an I.T Solutions and Customer-Oriented Technology Group. With a wide range of services, they provide corporate clients with top-of-the-line products to provide tailor-made systems and tools for customers in different fields across Central America, Miami, Colombia & The Caribbean. Due to growth, they are seeking to employ a proven professional to work from the Suriname/Guyana offices.
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by effectively selling its products or services. With a strong track record in supplying robust solutions to sectors such as Banking, Government, Retail and Manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity for a “polished” corporate level Sales Executive to earn un-capped sales bonus and become a trusted advisor to the corporate sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers or clients. Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
· Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's offerings. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of potential customers.
· Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers. Establish trust and credibility with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
· Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, including pricing, payment terms, and contracts. Overcome objections and address customer concerns to close deals.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in a CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Ensuring all billings are completed.
· Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products or services, as well as industry trends and market developments. Provide product knowledge and training to customers as needed.
· Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
· Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to align strategies and meet customer needs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
· First Degree in Business Management or Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum of TWO (2) years’ experience in an Information Technology and Communications sales environment or equivalent
· Ability to put together complex technical proposals in response to customer requirements.
· Experience in managing and sustaining business relationships at the corporate level
· Experience in IT Sales/IT Industry would be considered an asset.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
