Sales & Customer Service Officer

Our Client, Kanoo Pays Ltd, is seeking to fill the position of Sales and Customer Service Officer.

Kanoo Pays Ltd., an up-and-coming FinTech company based in Kingston, Jamaica, pioneers innovative financial solutions, driving unparalleled service and technology in the market. As we are currently in a dynamic growth phase, we are seeking a proficient Sales and Customer Service Officer to facilitate our ambitious expansion plans.

Job Purpose:

The Sales and Customer Service Officer will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and ensuring exceptional customer service, thereby strengthening our customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Identify new business opportunities in alignment with the sales strategy.
  • Cultivate relationships through understanding a prospects business needs and addressing each through the implementation of a Kanoo Solution.
  • Secure new business with the necessary documentation and solution implementation.
  • Nurture onboarded businesses to drive usage of implemented tools through collaborated marketing efforts and / or recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise campaigns that enhance sales initiatives.

Customer Service:

  • Exceed new and existing client expectations by:
    • Consistent communication on solution updates, scheduled maintenance, new features and partnership
    • Ensuring inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Client Onboarding:

  • Manage the onboarding process with each new client to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the platform.
  • Educate clients on navigating our systems and utilizing our services to their fullest potential through collaborated marketing communication collateral

Market Research:

  • Assist with conducting market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve product/service offerings and customer engagement

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions via the designated CRM tool.
  • Ensure client data is managed and handled confidentially and in compliance with relevant data protection and know your merchants regulations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technology, to enhance the sales and customer experience.
  • Share insights and feedback from customers with the relevant departments to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Participate in organizing and representing the company at industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
