The incumbent is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring that customers’ needs are met, orders are processed accurately and queries handled in a timely manner; duties include but are not limited to:
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
EQUIPMENT USED
Computer, Telephone, Calculator, Cash pan, Money Counter, Printer, Electronic card machine, Scale, Security panic button, Fax machine/Copier.
QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Business Diploma, High School Graduate, Five passes in CXC or equivalent subjects including Mathematics and English *
Food Handlers’ Permit
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
HACCP awareness training
Police Record
EXPERIENCE
*Two years working experience in clerical duties or cashiering.
SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE
Must have sound knowledge of company products & services offered, product codes, prices.
Must become familiar with customers and their business
