Sales Associates - Retail

We are hiring Sales Associates for our Retail client in Kingston.

The purpose of this position is to exceed the weekly sales target by successfully completing as many sales transactions as possible, while consistently providing service beyond customer’s expectations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Passes in 4 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English at grades I or II.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• At least 6 months Experience of working in a Retail Sales organisation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Highly motivated by targets.
• Computer Literate.
• Basic Numeracy.
• Ability to communicate in both oral and written forms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
