Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for creating a positive customer experience and assist in recommending and implementing effective business solutions to achieve strategic objectives and promote business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote company’s products and services by delivering excellent customer service
• Process orders by utilizing the information system to accurately record transactions and facilitate payment
• Work hand in hand with the supervisor to achieve and improve sales targets by contributing ideas for product/service improvement
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers
• Maintain product displays and the general appearance of the store
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures & notify management of any infractions
• Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by management as it relates to the job

Qualification/Education & Experience

Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a similar capacity

Minimum of five (5) CXC passes including Mathematics and English

Associate Degree in Marketing or any other related field

Technological knowledge and experience will be considered an asset

Great time management skills

Must be available to work on Saturdays and some Sundays/Public Holidays during peak season

Salary Range: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00
