Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves actively promoting and selling our diverse range of online service packages. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and providing them with valuable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales of our online service packages, including eCommerce solutions, web development, website packages, CRM, and other digital services.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive client engagement and meet sales targets.
Identify client needs and customize solutions that align with their goals.
Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and communicate their value to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Provide insights into client feedback and market trends to guide future offerings.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and offer ongoing support as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in digital services, SaaS, or marketing solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of eCommerce, web development, CRM, and other online services.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients.
