Summary:

The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales processes and excellent customer service. This role involves handling sales documentation, managing customer data, coordinating sales activities, and providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Processing:

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is complete.

  • Generate invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents.

  • Track order status and provide updates to customers and the sales team.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.

  • Generate reports and analyze customer data to support sales activities.

  • Assist in managing customer communications and follow-ups.

  • Sales Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.

  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets.

  • Sales Documentation:
