Job description:
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial assistance to the Head of Consumer Sales and Services, by producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filling; and general administration for the Sales Department.
- Ensure the Sales tracking sheets are completed and kept up to date on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Head of Consumer Sales and Services or designate for review and analysis.
- Manage the stock-in inventory and other materials, stationery, sales paraphernalia used by all the sales team, and order uniforms/badges as per policy and procedure as well as distribute accordingly.
- Processing of monthly commissions for ALL sales channels to include Customer Care, Staff and Direct Sales Agent for timely submissions to Finance
- Support the sales department in any way necessary to achieve sales targets.
- To manage and generate monthly NPD list for review and call out by Tele-Sales agents.
- Monthly management and generation of reports such as content, distribution, and sales to increase team efficiency.
- Raise all POs for the department
- Management of cash from staff and daily deposit of the same
- Management of ALL devices issued to Customer Care for display to include price tags, descriptor cards and devices.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- High School Diploma and completion of Dominica State College
- Relevant Certificates and/or Licenses
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers and suppliers in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward and professional manner
- Ability to use personal computer and proficiency on relevant software applications
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Experience with consumer education of products and services
