Overview: Our client is one of the leading Technology Solutions providers across the Caribbean Region. With offices in most territories, the company can offer robust regional solutions to sectors including finance, government, and retail. Due to growth, they are seeking a proven Sales professional (will consider non-I. T experience) to join the team based in the St. Vincent office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Their primary responsibility will be to meet assigned sales targets by promoting and executing sales strategies for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions within St. Vincent, through consultation and negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners by performing the following tasks:
▪ Identify and develop business opportunities within targeted market sectors.
▪ Develop and maintain excellent long-term client relationships and networks.
▪ Identify and introduce new products and services to the market.
▪ Develop accurate sales forecasts.
▪ Respond to requests for information, quotations, and proposals.
▪ Prepare and submit accurate sales and activity reports.
▪ Liaise with vendors and partners to subcontract services.
▪ Present and/or lead sales presentations, workshops, and meetings.
▪ Assist with the conducting of market analysis and benchmarking studies.
▪ Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients and customers.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree-level education or equivalent.
Experience: 3–5 years in corporate sales with expertise in negotiations at the corporate level.

- Excellent time management, customer service, and communication (written and oral).
- Proficient in MS Office and computer-literate.
- Strong critical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage diverse responsibilities.
- Commercial Understanding: Knowledge of sales and marketing operations, technology (hardware and software), and financial impacts of business decisions.
- Communication & Influencing: Effective verbal and written communication across multicultural and diverse business environments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, gain commitment, and achieve objectives.
