Influx is looking for a SR Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a strong management background to oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, vendor relationships, and change management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience on a client facing role and a proven track record of managing the full-cycle recruitment process.

This is a management-level role focused on optimizing talent operations, ensuring alignment between offshore talent and internal hiring managers, and driving efficiency across recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Management: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align on talent needs and hiring priorities. Address roadblocks to streamline the hiring process.

  • Project & Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve recruitment workflows, implement best practices, and track recruitment metrics.

  • Vendor & Talent Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring SLA compliance, smooth job requisition processes, and effective onboarding/offboarding.

Required Qualifications

  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience managing client facing processes and overseeing full-cycle recruitment.

  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders across time zones.

  • Project Management & Process Optimization: Proficient with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). Strong process improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or BPO environments.
