The ideal candidate must:

• Hold a Bachelors Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
• Be able to motivate the team to meet the company’s monthly service and retail sales goals.
• Have a well groomed and professional appearance
• Have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work independently while supporting a team environment.
• The ability to speak another language would be an asset.
