To efficiently manage the material, human, and financial resources of the Spa, in order to reach the objectives and achieve the satisfaction of our guests, by means of a highly personalized service.
JOB DUTIES:
To ensure the fulfillment of the sales cycle, according to the established standards and policies.
To implement sales and marketing strategies, as well as the application of promotions whenever necessary, for the achievement of the established objectives.
To maintain the budgeted productivity indexes, as well as to fulfill the objectives of the Guest Satisfaction System.
To develop and implement Continuous Improvement Action Plans to achieve excellence.
To review the SPA service menu every six months, in order to know the popularity of the published services and made the necessary adjustments.
To coordinate the application and fulfillment of the established protocols and procedures with the supervisors.
To establish together with the General Management, the annual quality objectives and the Guests Satisfaction System in the area.
To report weekly work plans, so they may be sent to the General Management, in order to follow up on the Assigned Budget.
To maintain a continuous training program for the SPA personnel.
To supervise the adherence to the Internal Regulations, as well as to policies, procedures, and company standards.
To analyze the Daily Operation Reports (daily reservations, treatments performed, cost per day of treatment, the capacity of each area, the identification of slow hours, the comments of guests, supplies requirements, and performance of the personnel) in order to create an action plan to maintain, correct, or improve their results.
To supervise every month the inventory of fixed assets and supplies.
To begin the day with a tour of all the areas of the SPA, detecting needs and delegating their responsibilities to the area supervisors. To supervise the performance of every assigned task or situation.
To supervise that there are the safety conditions to provide the services to guests, according to what is established in the Civil Protection Plan.
