PURPOSE OF THE JOB
With comprehensive knowledge of Lab Medica / Health Net's services and processes, the PBX operator / Social Media Professional will act as a liaison for the Marketing Department to provide information, answer customer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The position will be a subject matter expert in digital strategies, striving to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through various digital media campaigns and landing page tests.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Managed and delivered prompt and professional solutions to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate.
Follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide quick and effective communication of customer issues to superiors.
Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts).
Manage end-to-end digital projects.
Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Liaise with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
Any other related duties assigned from time to time.
ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong ability to operate Canva, AdobeAI and other software applications utilized by the company
Industry knowledge will be an asset.
