SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The key objectives for the position are achieving both sales unit and gross revenue growth targets within the assigned customer segment and sales region. Ensure that both monthly and quarterly sales revenue and collections target are met consistent with key business objectives.

A leading manufacturing company is seeking three (3) suitable candidates to fill the following position:

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The key objectives for the position are achieving both sales unit and gross revenue growth targets within the assigned customer segment and sales region.  Ensure that both monthly and quarterly sales revenue and collections target are met consistent with key business objectives.   These candidates must reside in any of the following geographical region:

1. Montego Bay – will service areas in Montego Bay and its environs
2. Manchester – will service areas in Manchester and its environs
3. Kingston – will service areas in Kingston and its environs

Job Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or economics an asset.

• Candidate must reside in the western region of the island
• Candidate must be highly motivated and driven
• Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Must be organized, willing and co-operative
• Excellent time management skills
• Must possess excellent selling and business development skills
• Humble and open to feedback
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be bold, confident and courageous
• Candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience with proven track record in sales.
• Candidate must own a reliable vehicle.
