  Primary Responsibilities

  • Spearhead market penetration and market development efforts, locally and regionally
  • Devise, develop and champion marketing and promotion programs.
  • Visit current and potential customers and markets to maintain, increase or garner sales
  • Guide management on strategic marketing options for brand/product growth strategies
  • Supervisor and monitor merchandising efforts and teams
  • Develop targets, budgets and KPI for sales and marketing
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Guide product diversification and refreshment efforts.

  Qualification, Competence, Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing, sales, promotion
  • 3+ years experience in marketing and/or selling in a regional capacity
  • Experience developing product promotion programs
  • Strong network of local and regional contacts an asset
  • Flexibility and ability to travel locally and regionally
  • Solid written and oral communication and negotiation skills
