POSITION SUMMARY 

As the Sales Executive - Jamaica (St. Ann's, Ocho Rios or St. Mary's), you will be primarily responsible for developing and managing Nestlé Business in a Relief capacity, focusing on driving sales through the specific initiatives / programmes detailed in the Key Account Managers’ customer plans. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Ensure optimal coverage of identified outlets in the assigned route in a consistent timing and frequency of sales calls.
  • Responsible for product availability by outlet, using of POS material, acquiring, and maintaining secondary displays, product rotation and pricing and assisting merchandisers by identifying and securing additional shelf space/displays.
  • You will gain expert knowledge of customers’ operation.
  • You will ensure that all trade assets that are placed within the assigned route are tagged, tracked, and adequately serviced.
  • You will ensure all customers receive their deliveries within 24 to 48 hours after making an order.
  • You will ensure all customers complaints are dealt with expeditiously by following up on all complaints received to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You will ensure that all promotions within assigned route are well executed. 

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL 

  • Must reside in St. Ann's, Ocho Rios or St. Mary's.
  • A first degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a field sales position
  • Experience with supermarkets will be an asset
  • Experience in a FMCG Industry
  • Results driven and willing to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated clarity in both oral and written skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience in working under pressure.
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
