SALES AND LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate FG warehouse stock custodianship and operations
• Coordinate local & export sales and processes, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and deliveries
• Liaise with customers and production to ensure adequacy of stock
• Devise and implement systems and protocols to optimise supply chain processes
• Participate in cycle counts and investigation of variances
• Prepare and present budget on portfolio area.

Qualification, Competence, Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in shipping & logistics, Operations Management.
• 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of Government’s Asycuda system
• Flexibility to work extended hours / weekends
