Route Auditor

The incumbent is to ensure that route performance complies with established or projected corporate policies, procedures standards and specifications. This is achieved through the monitoring and auditing of routes within assigned territories to ensure efficiency.

Job Title: Route Auditor - (Western Region - Montego Bay)

Responsibilities and Duties:

1.      Monitors the company’s sales and marketing performance on all distribution routes and follow up to ensure all targeted objectives are realized;

 2.      Conducts field audits on area sales and distribution to assess compliance with planned customer servicing requirements and standards;

 3.      Reports all deviations from established company policy in the delivery of sales and distribution services to customers and ensures timely execution of appropriate follow up action to correct said deviations;

 4.      Analyze the effectiveness of established route structures and recommend restructuring or modification to facilitate the achievement of desired customer service levels;

 5.      Provides technical advice and guidance in monitoring and auditing route performance for all depots in each zone to ensure the achievement of established objectives;

 6.      Assess the performance of area sales operatives in all zones and provide training as necessary to facilitate the achievement of effective levels of productivity;

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or equivalent qualifications.
2. Five (5) years experience in a similar or related function.
3. At least 3 years in Sales at a least a Supervisor Level.
