An esteemed, high-profile luxury hotel, celebrated for its elegance, world-class service, and dedication to creating exceptional guest experiences, is seeking to expand its operations and strengthen its reputation as a premier hospitality destination. We are currently hiring for the following key roles:

 

  • Executive Housekeeping Manager
  • Public Area Manager

 

 

Executive Housekeeping Manager - Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of Four (4)-Five (5) years of experience in housekeeping management,  within a luxury hotel or high-end property
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred, though significant relevant experience will be considered
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while maintaining high standards of service
  • Extensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality control procedures, and inventory management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints or staff concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

 

Public Area Manager - Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of Four (4)-Five (5) years of experience in public area management or a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end property
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred, though significant relevant experience will be considered
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team, setting expectations, and maintaining operational standards
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures for public areas, as well as effective inventory and vendor management
  • Excellent guest service orientation with the ability to address concerns quickly and ensure cleanliness and order in public spaces at all times
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with other departments
  • Demonstrated ability to handle guest feedback and operational issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation in all public areas, ensuring consistency with the hotel's luxury standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the hotel’s schedule
