The Rooms Division Coordinator is responsiblle for managing room assignments, ensuring that guests are assigned rooms that meet their needs, preferences, and the hotel's operational capabilities. This position plays a cruial role in coordinating with the front desk, housekeeping, and reservations department to maximize room occupany and ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Summary of Job Functions:

• Allocate rooms to guest according to their preferences, booking details and special requests.
• Ensure guests are informed about room related issues.
• Maintain positive and clear communication with guests to enhance their overall stay experience
• Work closely with the front desk to ensure smooth check-in/ check-out processes and to address any last-minute changes or issues related to room allocations
• Prioritize the allocation of rooms for VIP guests, Loyalty members or guest with special requirements.
