Position Summary: To ensure the coordination of road safety and company initiatives while contributing to the overall objectives and goals of the organisation.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Road Safety Presenter & Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in promoting road safety awareness and education among various demographics, including children, teens and adults.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging presentations that convey important road safety messages, utilizing innovative communication techniques and educational materials.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact nationwide by reducing road accidents and promoting safe driving behaviours. Your ability to connect with diverse audiences and deliver information in a clear and compelling manner will be essential.

You will have the opportunity to work in schools, community centres, and corporate environments, tailoring your presentations to meet the unique needs of each audience. Additionally, you will collaborate with local agencies and organizations to organize workshops and events that foster a culture of safety on the roads.

Main Requirements

•    Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or presenting to diverse audiences.
•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
•    Passion for road safety and a desire to educate others about safe driving practices.
•    Experience in developing educational content and learning materials.
•    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams and partners.
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
•    Flexibility to travel to various locations for presentations and events.

Main Responsibilities

•    Deliver engaging presentations on road safety to various audiences including schools, community groups, and corporate clients.
•    Develop and design educational materials and resources that effectively communicate road safety messages.
•    Facilitate interactive workshops that encourage participation and discussion about road safety issues.
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of presentations and workshops through feedback and assessments.
•    Stay up to date on current road safety laws, trends, and best practices to provide accurate information.
•    Maintain records and reports on presentations, feedback, and community engagement activities.

Participate in Outreach & Support activities.
Assist in Social Media & Marketing Efforts
Maintain high reporting and compliance standards.

Essential Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 CSEC Subjects including Mathematics & English High level of computer proficiency, with experience in the use of Canva and the Microsoft Suite of applications, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint & 2 years’ experience in marketing or event management Or 2 years’ experience in clerical and administrative duties
  • Must have access to or own a working, reliable vehicle.
  • Training as evidenced by an Association of Business Executives Diploma (ABE) or equivalent would be an asset.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree would be an asset.
