Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional to join our RACER team within the Ethics & Compliance department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, mitigating, and monitoring ethics and compliance risks. This role emphasizes expertise in risk assessment, testing and monitoring, root cause analysis, remediation, and various support activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of risk management and control methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:

• Assist with regular risk owner reporting, including aggregating recent developments, control testing results, and updates to risk treatment plans or other mitigation efforts.
• ​Collect and incorporate risk owner feedback and next steps to inform the ongoing risk assessment cycle, including updates to ServiceNow.
• ​Assist in the periodic control confirmation process, including sending confirmation requests, updating control language, and maintaining supporting documentation.
• ​Perform preliminary testing of controls identified by the RACER team and document results for work papers.
• ​Collect and update Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and data analytics for trend analysis to help detect or prevent misconduct and ethical failures.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ​Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit (internal or external), risk management, or compliance.
• ​Proven experience in control testing, risk assessment, and remediation.
• ​Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is preferred.
• ​Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• ​Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ​High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• ​Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• ​Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify systemic issues.
• ​Proficiency in data analytics and trend analysis.
• ​Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
• ​Experience with root cause analysis and the development of remediation plans.
• ​Ability to facilitate meetings and prioritize follow-ups effectively.

Special Conditions:

• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• ​Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• ​May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
