The JESS Senior Officer, Contract Compliance supports the Client’s compliance lead and administrators in the execution of their compliance framework .
JOB SUMMARY:
The JESS Senior Officer, Contract Compliance supports the Client’s compliance lead and administrators in the execution of their compliance framework along with performing internal peer review compliance activities for the contract management program to ensure established procedures are operating effectively.
Apply an understanding of contract compliance to support day-to-day compliance requirements, database maintenance, document management, and responses to requests for information
Assist in developing technical and subject matter training plans and curriculum and develop training materials to support development.
Support the review of contract documents to determine level of compliance with contract requirements and contract specifications.
Review of key internal controls and contractual obligations, identify gaps, and work with compliance leads in risk mitigation strategies.
Work collaboratively with compliance leads in various tasks to carry out compliance tasks, including performing control validation and testing and risk assessments.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field from an accredited college/university
Familiarity with compliance concepts and requirements, data analysis and management maintenance, government and commercial contracts and contracting process, control validation and testing, and monitoring is a plus.
GRC or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance, internal audit, or administration.
