Execute all rigging numbers for the spectacle, ensuring the safety and functionality of equipment and acrobats through regular maintenance and inspection, and report directly to the Stage Manager or l Manager Audiovisual through effective and constant communication.

  • Assemble, build, maintain, and operate all rigging equipment as needed for training, special events, rehearsals, and performances. 

  • Support the technical needs of all other departments. 

  • Execute all rigging numbers for the spectacle,maintenance and inspection of the equipment. 

  • Provide support with rigging for aerial equipment, including lighting, sound, video, automation, scenography/set design, and props during rehearsals, maintenance, and performances. 

  • Train aerial artists in the safe use of rigging materials and all types of safety and acrobatic harnesses, establishing a close relationship with them. 

  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of established safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, participating in all required safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training. 

  • Maintain a flexible schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsals, training, maintenance, and performances. 

  • Stay updated and have thorough knowledge of all rigging equipment specific to the Bahia Principe spectacle to operate and maintain mechanized and manual equipment according to all safety measures and standards. 

  • Collaborate in establishing all necessary measures to create a safe working environment at all times and comply with all safety regulations. 

  • Support the rotation of work schedules for rehearsals, training, maintenance and performances. 

  • Plan and execute regular inspections of all facilities. 

  • Coordinate and support artists, assisting and guiding their interactions with all acrobatic and scenography elements. 

  • Document and report any incidents or malfunctions. 

  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Stage Manager.
