Retail Customer Service Representative

A specialty store in St. Catherine that offers exotic lighting fixtures for both residential and commercial spaces is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth
• Provide expert advice on lighting solutions to suit various styles and spaces
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the showroom
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Support inventory management and product restocking

Requirements:

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a customer service, sales, or receptionist role (retail experience preferred)
• CSEC/CXC passes in at least English Language and Mathematics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Interest or experience in interior design, décor, or lighting is a plus!
