We are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to grow their careers in the dynamic hospitality industry.
Vacant Positions:
- Pastry Assistant/Baker: Prepares and bakes pastries, desserts, and bread, following recipes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Line Cook: Cooks and plates meals according to menu specifications while ensuring food quality and safety.
- Prep Attendant: Prepares ingredients by chopping, measuring, and portioning to support cooks during service.
- Hostesses: Welcomes guests, manages reservations, and ensures a positive first impression for diners/guests.
- Expediters: Coordinates communication between the kitchen and servers to ensure food is delivered promptly and correctly.
- Servers: Takes orders, serves food and drinks, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Server Assistant: Supports servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and resetting dining areas.
- Dish Machine Operator: Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using a dishwashing machine.
- Cleaners/Custodians: Maintains cleanliness in the restaurant by cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas.
HEAD CHEF
Seeking a talented Head Chef with experience designing and preparing cuisine. We’re looking for a creative individual who is willing to participate in creating seasonal menus and designing new dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals go out in a timely and proficient manner. We’re looking for a professional who is dedicated to food quality and sets high standards for their output. Head Chef Job Description:
- Help in the preparation and design of all food menus.
- Knowledge of food costs.
- Knowledge in catering and buffet service and asset.
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
- Produce high quality desserts.
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
- Report directly to the Director.
- Maintain quality of the brand in all areas.
- Responsible for food recipes, food quality control, food preparation, inventory control and food safety.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of all equipment.
- Planning and directing food preparation.
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of a reputable culinary school an asset.
- Must have thorough knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in preparing quality food on a timely basis.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Must be proactive, self-sufficient and able to work well independently.
- Proven leadership, organizational and supervisory skills.
