Restaurant Manager

Fast-paced Restaurant & Bar in St.James is looking for an experienced Restaurant manager.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all Restaurant and Bar Operations and assure excellent guest satisfaction

- Hire and Lead a motivated team that is passionate to provide excellent customer service 

- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures

- Ensure cost and inventory control is in place and kept accurate at all times

- Drive business by participating in marketing campaigns and special promotions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as restaurant manager or supervisor

- Must be willing to work mostly nights, weekends and holidays

- Have a great positive and forward thinking management style

- Great with customer service
