A well-established restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a St Ann location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality customer service.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Work with team to monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
• Maintain high standards set by the group and offer solutions to common challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role for at least 3 years.
• Bsc. Hospitality and Tourism Management or its equivalent.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems (Aloha).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
