Our company is currently seeking a competent individual to join our team in Ocho Rios St Ann as a Gaming Floor Supervisor (shift based)

Job Title: Gaming Floor Supervisor

Qualifications

• Police Certificate – no history of a criminal record
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory/management position.
• Basic Computer Skills & competence in mathematical calculations
• Experience with handling and managing monetary transactions
• Familiarity or previous experience in the betting, gaming or lotteries industry would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the overall operations of a gaming floor per shift.
• Managing and training gaming floor staff.
• Evaluating employees’ performance.
• Responsible for supervising monetary transactions.
• Enforcing the company’s policies and procedures.
• Performing basic administrative tasks & recordkeeping – writing reports & forms.
• Providing excellent customer service and analyzing customers’ feedback and acting where and when necessary.
