Position: Kitchen Supervisor 
Location: Kitchen

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate floor staff, ensuring a smooth operation.
• Maintain restaurant hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with menu planning and food service.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Manage inventory and order bar supplies as necessary.
• Train and mentor restaurant staff.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting.
• Hospitality training or equivalent work experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• A passion for delivering high-quality cuisine.
