Restaurant Manager responsible for Department (Bar or FOH) operations to achieve desired Sales, Guest Experiences and Food Service Standards in addition to other KPIs.
Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager and indirectly to the Operations Lead.
Summary: This position encompasses responsibility for managing all aspects of a specific department(s) within the restaurant including the selection, development and performance management of restaurant employees, optimizing profits and increasing sales. Manages scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction. Manages all operational issues ensuring Friday’s standards of quality and service are met.
