JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team. The candidate must be passionate about growth and development by learning and gaining the skills required to oversee the operations of a quick service restaurant, under the guidance of the Senior Restaurant Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Learn to oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance
• Adhere to company standards, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
• Train in handling customer complaints by investigating issues, providing solutions and making decisions that benefit both the customer and the restaurant
• Learn to manage shifts, including the assignment of duties and tasks to restaurant staff
• Work closely with the manager to learn about hiring, training and development of employees
• Learn to handle all cash transactions, including deposits and reporting
• Follow and enforce compliance with food safety and handling procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing plans to meet restaurant objectives including sales goals and profitability
QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
• Must have a Diploma or an Associate Degree.
• Five (5) CXC/GCE ‘O’ level passes (including Mathematics and English Language) at General Proficiency
• Must be available to work Shift (including Weekends and Public holidays).
• Experience in the Quick Service Industry will be considered as asset.
• Expert in MS Office.
Salary range: $ $7,000 to $9,000
