Resident Supervisor needed for 5-star luxury resort in Jamaica. Drivers License is required.

Summary:
The Resident Supervisor is tasked with securing and taking care of the property, all persons and animals on it at night. The expectation is that you stay awake and vigilant while being attentive to any guest needs and looking out for the security of the guests, the company assets, and each other. You are the only one who can and will provide service to guests until your morning relief arrives. Honesty is of the utmost importance for this role and you will be closely monitored by management. Your role is critical to the company as you are the main point of contact at night.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Remain on point between the Security Post and Main Office
You are responsible for 7 Night Caretakers who are on post at each of the Villas
Night Caretakers have their own list of duties for the Villas, including final dinner clean up, locking up the houses and preparations for the morning. You must be aware of these duties and ensure that the property is secured.
From midnight to 5am scan each Villa Tag (QR Code) using the company cell phone, once per hour
Effectively communicate with guests and team members alike while maintaining modesty where radio use is concerned while in and around guest areas
Driving for ice deliveries and staff drop offs where necessary
Accounting for drinks (alcohol and soft drinks) that were issued to each Villa using the par sheet and counting/removing empties - report any strange activity (excessive usage, etc.)
