Job Summary:
As a Reservation Chat Agent, you'll be the front line of customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues through live chat and other communication channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer experiences, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and concerns through live chat and other communication platforms.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining adherence to company policies and quality standards.
  • Order Management: Place, track, and close orders through our internal system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Education: Provide clear, concise, and helpful information to customers about our products and services.
  • Follow-up: Track and follow up on customer inquiries and orders, including reviewing customer-submitted photos and personalized order details.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to department performance metrics in areas such as customer satisfaction, quality, and contact efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Tech Skills: Proficiency in navigating web browsers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for grammar and clarity.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated skill in managing customer issues effectively and with empathy.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7 in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in reservations, chat support, or the airline industry is a plus.
