Overview:Favio are an established service provider for Recruitment, HR Services to clients across the Barbados /Caribbean region. Due to having a vast database of jobseekers at every level, there is a requirement to support the Business Development department and expand the customer base. This role would suit a dynamic, business-minded individual who is well-organized, has a proactive work ethic with a passion for research and marketing . Based in the Barbados office and home based, the successful candidate will earn a basic salary and attractive commission plan.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Identifying potential clients by collecting vacancy advertising information data to support the Business Development Officer.
Keeping the database up to date
Proactively analyze industry and market trends to anticipate and identify strategic business opportunities ahead of market shifts across multiple sectors.
Research the Recruitment/HR Services business sector and feedback information to the team.
Provide strategic input on vacancy advertising design.
Contacting companies who are advertising vacancies to identify hiring managers/decision makers.
Coordinating with other departments within the company so that all leads are followed up on and dealt with appropriately.
Identifying opportunities to generate leads through monitoring local press vacancy adverts and relevant business news.
Requirements
Diploma or certification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
BSC In a Research, Marketing or Business-related discipline is preferred but not essential.
Minimum 1 x years' work experience in a business environment.
Competent in navigating social media platforms ( e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
