• Identifying potential clients by collecting vacancy advertising information data to support the Business Development Officer.
  
• Keeping the database up to date
  
• Proactively analyze industry and market trends to anticipate and identify strategic business opportunities ahead of market shifts across multiple sectors.
  
• Research the Recruitment/HR Services business sector and feedback information to the team. 
  
• Provide strategic input on vacancy advertising design. 
  
• Contacting companies who are advertising vacancies to identify hiring managers/decision makers.
  
• Coordinating with other departments within the company so that all leads are followed up on and dealt with appropriately.
  
• Identifying opportunities to generate leads through monitoring local press vacancy adverts and relevant business news.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• BSC In a Research, Marketing or Business-related discipline is preferred but not essential.
  
• Minimum 1 x years' work experience in a business environment. 
  
• Competent in navigating social media platforms ( e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  
• Highly organized.
  
• Strong work ethic.
  
• Good interpersonal skills.
  
• Meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Computer literate.
  
• Proactive nature.
