These roles are crucial to expanding our market presence and establishing ourselves as the authority for warehouse safety in the region. Training will be provided; however, candidates must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, Review, Organise and Manage technical information from various sources
• Stay up to date with company and industry training  and information
• Stay up to date with safety and quality standards.
• Accurately read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and instructions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
• Provide technical resources for our solutions providers
• Provide information for use in the company’s training and marketing efforts as required
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure precision in all tasks.

Requirements:

• Discipline to work remotely while meeting required targets and maintaining the required level of professionalism
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in research and technical writing
