An international car rental brand is seeking talented, self-motivated team members who thrive in a dynamic customer service environment, to work in their Kingston, Ocho Rios & Montego Bay offices.  

Rental Sales Agent 

The Rental Sales Agent, is required to skillfully attend to all customers, arranging for the rental of a motor vehicle, handling the car-return transaction; obtaining and verifying customer information; producing a rental agreement and ensuring the company's goal of Total Customer Satisfaction is met.  

Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree required. 
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a role in which customer service was a key element of your duties.

• Ability to consistently provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for details 
• Personable and dependable 
• Excellent computer skills 
• Driver's license preferred 
• Willing to work nights, weekends, public holidays 
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
