Relief Driver/Salesman

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and driving? We're hiring a Relief Driver/Salesman to help grow our business and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by selling to all accounts on your route.
• Promote seasonal and promotional products while adhering to pricing guidelines
• Ensure products are always in stock, priced correctly, and displayed according to standards.
• Use promotional materials effectively to boost visibility and sales.
• Service assigned accounts on time and maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
• Optimize route planning for maximum efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Record and report sales data accurately.
• Participate in performance reviews to identify improvement areas.
• Perform daily routine checks on assigned Company vehicle.
• Uphold core company values, comply with all safety regulations, and maintain a professional appearance.

Education & Licensing:

• 5 CXC passes, including Mathematics and English.
• A valid driver’s license.

Experience & Skills:

• 2–3 years of road sales and distribution experience.
• Knowledge of Trinidad & Tobago’s road network (experience in the tobacco industry is a plus!).
