The Learning & Development Regional Manager will oversee training initiatives across the West Indies, collaborating with the Corporate P&C team and local managers to implement effective learning strategies and drive employee growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective communication, adaptation and implementation of corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to the Region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in all training and development programs.
  • Support the design, adaptation and delivery of training materials and resources.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant selection.
  • Support to the hotel teams in the preparation and implementation of the Annual Training Plans and Budgets
  • Responsibility for collecting and consolidating training and development statistics in their area, following up on KPIs and supporting the corporate team in the analysis of training needs.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Organizational Development Manager to develop, adapt and implement training strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make recommendations for improvement through feedback and engagement surveys.
  • Follow up on training program implementation, address challenges, and provide guidance and support.
  • Hold regular meetings with property training and development managers to communicate corporate initiatives, provide updates, and request data/reports.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Corporate Organizational Development Team on the different initiatives / programs.
