The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for soliciting and ensuring efficient delivery of JN Money Services’ products to Agents and customers within the prescribed area.

The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for soliciting and ensuring efficient delivery of JN Money Services’ products to Agents and customers within the prescribed area. The incumbent is responsible for the achievement of sales and profitability objectives established while developing business building strategies and execution of promotional plans. This role is also responsible for recruiting and retaining Agents, and coordinating and supervising Agent operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned Agent locations in adherence to agreed schedules, ensuring regular servicing of all accounts.
- Screen and recruit viable Agents to provide money transfer services on behalf of the company.
- Set-up and train Agents in accordance with JNMS’ procedures and guideline.
- Coordinate and assist with the training of Agents and Agents’ staff on the use of the EMoney system.
- Monitor and supervise activities of Agents to ensure compliance with JNMS’ policies and procedures and anti-money laundering procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with organizing community based activities and represent JNMS at these and other events as required.
Prepare marketing and other related reports. - Plan and execute marketing activities inclusive of promotional activities in collaboration with the Marketing team as required.
- Attend promotional activities in the assigned stores/area, meetings and training sessions as required.
- Observe and maintain strict adherence to established health and safety policies and practices
Requirements
- Tertiary level qualification – certificate or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Sales Management or any other related discipline
- At least Two (2) years’ experience in a similar position or environment including sales and promotions.
- Must be eligible to live and work in Canada
