Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including coordinating interviews and finalizing hires.
• Manage vacancies for Middle Management roles and optimize hiring processes in Jamaica.
• Post job openings on authorized job portals and represent the brand at job fairs.
• Administer and interpret psychometric tests to support the selection process.
• Lead programs such as "My First Job," "I Recommend Catalonia Hotels," and "Catalonia Includes."
• Support strategies to enhance the work environment and implement action plans.
• Analyze and implement changes in organizational structure and roles.
• Promote corporate values and manage training programs aligned with functional area needs.
• Foster relationships with universities to attract new talent and manage internship agreements.
• Ensure uniform compliance and manage career and life plans for employees.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent English is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• A positive attitude with a passion for innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
• Excellent human relations and proactive approach.
