JOB SUMMARY:
This person is responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ Talent Acquisition team including, but not limited to providing ad-hoc support for the recruiter. As a support recruiter you will conduct candidate screenings and updates to the various recruitment platforms for experienced-level candidates that are being considered for opportunities with the KPMG US firm.
Essential duties include:
Conduct a preliminary screening interview with candidates who are a fit for open positions; responsible for the debrief/feedback summarization of phone screen write-ups are professional, relevant to the required skill set(s), and concise; proactively follow up with hiring team for feedback.
Evaluate and prioritize tasks in a high volume, fast-paced staffing environment.
Accurately track and maintain candidate profiles in the Client’s CRM & ATS database.
Correspond with candidates and Clients, including sending meeting requests and communication via Outlook and MS teams as needed.
Provide ad-hoc support for the Experience Hire interview process, including job posting creations, scheduling interviews and making necessary updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
