We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring candidates.

Job Summary:

Contax360 is  looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring candidates. The incumbent will also be required to carry out other Human Resources functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source, attract, and assess top talent through various channels and interviews.
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stay updated on recruiting trends and create job advertisements in digital and print media.
  • Coordinate with external partners for pre-employment processes and spearhead onboarding sessions.
  • Maintain candidate pools, assist with the Application Tracking System, and support HR and other departments as needed.
  • Liaise with external partners via telephone and email to ensure successful and timely completion of pre-employment processes such as; reference checks and police records (fingerprinting)
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficient with HR databases, ATS, CMS, and HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with proper grammar.
  • Good time management, listening skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and guidelines efficiently.
  • NTCVET Level 3 or higher, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with proven success in high-volume recruitment.
