Reconciliation Senior Officer- Benefits Administration

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Reconciliation Senior Officer in the Benefits Administration team, you will be responsible for supporting the Client’s insurance billing and finance reconciliation processes including maintaining the integrity of the billing data, invoices and the finance process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

• Reviewing and reconciling 25 – 30 employee benefits accounts for vendor charges, employee deductibles and written off amounts by our Accounting (DASC) team
• Submit Payment Backup email to each Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)/health care provider detailing payment information monthly
• Process wires and data transmittal forms for employees that need funding outside of the regular payroll processes for various reasons

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited high school, college or university required
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, ability to provide complete and accurate work product and solid verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
