Tyres-R-Us Ltd./Tyre Warehouse is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified professional for the position of:

Receivables Officer

TASKS:

Reporting to the Receivables and Credit Manager, the Receivables Officer shall be responsible for:

• Evaluation and approval of credit terms and limits
• Updating and reconciliation of customer accounts
• Laise with customers and sales agents and other internal team members on an ongoing basis
• Co-ordinating the payment and collection processes

  REQUIREMENTS

• First Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years working experience in credit and or receivables
• Understanding of customer statement of account reconciliation  principles
• Unquestionable work ethic
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a high degree of accountability and confidentiality
• Organized and focused with good communication skills
